Q1. What is the process that I make an order?
 A:Firstly pls contact the sales to confirm the product model name, color, quantity, and other request ( packing, shipping method, remark and so on ) , and tell us the address you receive the package, after confirm the payment method, we will make a proforma invoice , when you check around invoice, then you can pay for that order, show us the payment record, we will prepare the order and send the goods to you.

Q2. What is your MOQ?

 A:100pcs for neutral packaging, 1000pcs is required if need customized packaging.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Western Union, L/C and some other methods can also accept.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. How long can I get the goods?

 A:It depends on the shipping company but we will update you from it ship out to delivery till you receive the  package.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if the models are in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost     and the courier cost, we will refund the cost to you after you make a formal order.
